The banks of the Krishna River became the venue for a warm and engaging gathering as Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh hosted a dinner meeting at his Undavalli residence. Public representatives from the Eluru and Nandyal parliamentary constituencies, along with their family members, attended the event. The evening featured informal interactions and discussions, including a nostalgic conversation about Krishna water utilization and the historical role of N. T. Rama Rao in prioritizing irrigation projects for Rayalaseema after becoming Chief Minister, despite being from Krishna district.
Minister Lokesh personally greeted the attendees, inquired about their well-being, and posed for group photographs constituency-wise. Representatives from Nandyal presented him with traditional bows as a symbolic gift, and in a light-hearted moment, he playfully tried one. Gifts were exchanged, including Mangalagiri silk sarees presented by the host. Leaders also submitted grievance status reports during the interaction. Among those present were Eluru MP Putta Mahesh Kumar and Nandyal MP Byreddy Shabari, along with several MLAs and MLCs from both parliamentary constituencies, making the event a blend of camaraderie, dialogue, and tradition.
